Discover and develop ($1500):

Your SWOT analysis - Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

Many marketing companies leave this phase out or don’t understand its importance, but you can’t hit your target unless you take the correct aim.

During this crucial phase, our team will research and assess your position in the market, including your pricing structure, determine where you sit in relation to your competition and the market environment, and create an actionable strategic plan to optimally position your business for success in your market.

We’ll spend time understanding your company philosophy and researching your business and your industry in depth, leading to a realistic assessment of your company’s level of success and its competitive advantage.  Whether you hire us further or not...this phase is invaluable to any business.  When we’re done, you’ll come away with tangible results that will improve your business functions.  You’ll receive a clear assessment of your business and where you sit in your marketplace, a list of launch items to put into action, and a growth plan to keep you on track and moving toward your goals.

(Focus groups, additional surveys and interviews, and other marketing tools are available at an additional cost for some businesses.  In some cases, light travel may also be necessary.)


Build and Launch ($2500):

The detailed outline that we developed in phase one determines the items needed for your initial launch.  As we put the tools together and teach you to use them, we’ll be getting you ready to start truly marketing your business like never before.

Most clients will need the following in this phase:

Branding creation or re-design
Website design and creation
Graphic design
Advertising creation and placement
Google Apps implementation (licensing extra)
Sales scripts created for your sales team
Plenty of coaching

We find that it takes roughly 40 - 50 hours to get launched.  Although your Spike Sales rep will guide you through the process, you are able to spend the hours how you need -- on a website, for branding help, developing advertising or many other ways.  

When this phase is complete, you will have tangible collateral business materials, such as a website or an advertising campaign, that will add real value to your bottom line.

(Hours beyond the standard initial launch in this phase can be applied where needed for an additional fee.)


Manage and Grow (See pricing structure below)

As we move out of the launch phase, your account manager will connect the core roles we’ve developed for you as they work with you to constantly evaluate the initiatives of your business, developing new ideas and concepts along the way.  You’ll continue to enjoy the benefits of a consolidated marketing department, sales manager and tech department while you focus on growing your business.

You and your Spike Sales team will also have a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly strategy meeting depending on your current monthly program.  In these meetings your progress will be evaluated and we will help you determine what is working and what is not, giving you as many options as possible to affordably manage your business.

Once everything is in place and you have a better grasp of your needs going forward, you can upgrade or downgrade as you need, or stay just where you are.

Pricing levels - Basic (20 hours/month) $995, Standard (50 hours/month) $2495, Deluxe (80 hours/month) $3995
